Teachers in Scotland all deserve access to permanent contracts. There are too many teacher already struggling on temporary contracts, bringing in the 3 year guarantee will not solve the problems we already have.
This creates uncertainty for both staff and schools. The SNP must recognise teachers in Scotland deserve permanent jobs and children deserve consistency in their education.
